Fare measure for the Mascouche line

Get all the information you need to take advantage of the fare measure offered by the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM) and Mobility Montréal partners for customers of the exo5 Mascouche line.

The fare measure in brief

  • A fare reduction of up to 30% applicable on the purchase of a monthly TRAIN, TRAM or All Modes ABC pass.

  • End of registration period: Please note that the registration period for the Mascouche fare mitigation measure ended on October 31, 2020.

Eligibility requirements

What are the eligibility requirements?

  • You must reside in the catchment area determined by the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM).

  • You must have registered for the fare measure by October 31, 2020.

  • Only (1) registration is allowed per person.

  • You must not exceed the limit of five (5) requests per mailing address.

Selecting a fare

Which fare should I purchase?

For the train only

  • You must hold a TRAIN or All Modes pass for your zone of departure.

For the train, métro or shuttles and the métro

  • You must hold a TRAM pass for your zone of departure.

OPUS+ or OPUS+ entreprise

I am an OPUS+ or OPUS+ entreprise member

To take advantage of this offer, you will not need to take any action. The fare reduction will be applied automatically for all eligible active members on October 31, 2020.

Cancelling your membership

To terminate your membership, you must:

  • Log on to your online account or contact exo Customer Service.

  • Provide notice no later than the 10th day of the month preceding the month you plan to terminate the membership, failing which the cancellation will only apply on the 1st day of the following month.

Example: to terminate a membership on May 31, 2020, exo must receive the termination request by May 10, 2020. If the request is received on May 11, 2020, or in the days following that date, the membership will only end on June 30, 2020.

The ARTM and exo are not liable for a termination request made by a user after the 10th day of the month preceding the month they plan to terminate their membership, and no reimbursement will be granted, if applicable.
