Subscription reactivation

Have you suspended your subscription before June 10 under the special measure offered by the ARTM?

Your subscription will be reactivated automatically for the month of January 2021.

Do you plan to resume using public transit before January?

You may reactivate your subscription at any time in your online account. Simply follow the 3 steps.

  1. First, create an account if you don’t already have one, then log in to My Account.
  2. Select the "My OPUS+ memberships (French)" tab.
  3. Click on Réactivation OPUS+ (OPUS+ reactivation) to reactivate your subscription.

Suspension of your OPUS+ subscription

  1. If you have suspended your subscription, you will not need to take any action. Your subscription will be reactivated automatically for the month of January and your payments will resume according to the terms of your OPUS+ or OPUS+ Entreprise contract.

    • The pre-authorized payments for the months of August, September, October and November will not be withdrawn.
    • Your next payment will be withdrawn on December 11, 2020*, for the January pass.

    *If you have suspended your subscription between April 3 and April 10, you next payment will be withdrawn on January 11, 2021, for the February pass. The payment withdrawn in March for the April fare will be applied to the January fare.

  2. Suspended subscriptions will be reactivated automatically for the month of January. If you must return to work earlier, you may reactivate your subscription by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Réactivation OPUS+" (OPUS+ reactivation) button in the "My OPUS+ memberships (French)" tab.

    Important: Once you reactivate your subscription, you may not suspend it a second time.

  3. The suspension measure for the OPUS+ subscription was offered by the ARTM before June 11, 2020 only.

  4. You do not need to take any action. The payments will be withdrawn as usual.

  5. The March fare is non-refundable. It is important to remember that we maintained a level of public transit service throughout the network until the end of the month, and that the ARTM's' current reimbursement policy (French) should normally apply in these conditions.

    For the April pass: The payment withdrawn in March for the April pass will be used to pay for the pass of the month after the state of emergency is lifted. The withdrawal scheduled for April (applicable for the May pass) was suspended. However, due to processing times for requests, this payment may still have been withdrawn. If this is the case, do not worry. You will be refunded. This only applies to clients who have suspended their subscription before April 10, 2020.

  6. Users who suspended their subscription must purchase a valid fare on a Solo card or another OPUS card than the one charged with their OPUS+ fares if they wish to use public transit.

  7. No. Your current OPUS card will remain active once the state of emergency is lifted.

  8. Users who suspend or cancel their subscription may not continue to use their pass. If they wish to use public transit, they will have to purchase a valid fare.

Reactivation of your OPUS+ subscription

  1. If you resume using public transit, you may reactivate your subscription.

    • For the month of June, you must reactivate by June 10, inclusively.
    • For the month of July, you must reactivate between June 11 and July 10, inclusively.
    • For the month of August, you must reactivate between July 11 and August 10, inclusively.

    Important: You will not be able to suspend your subscription again if you ask to reactivate it.

  2. If you do not have an account, create one on the exo website, then follow the three steps below.

    1. Log in to My Account on the exo website.
    2. Select the "My OPUS+ memberships (French)" tab.
    3. Click on the "Réactivation OPUS+" (OPUS+ reactivation) button.

  3. The ARTM is responsible for deciding public transit fares. It is the only agency authorized to establish temporary fare measures, as is the case here. Exo is responsible for logistical support and the operational administration of these measures.

  1. To reduce the risk of virus spreading, the ARTM's Vendôme and Parc metropolitan sales outlets have been closed since Friday, April 3. Please use an automatic fare terminal if you wish to purchase TRAIN and TRAM passes.

  2. As of August 3, up to 2 passengers are accepted aboard taxis and 2, 3 or 4 passengers aboard buses. More people could be accepted aboard buses depending on the context and the duration of the trip.
